We extend a 14-day exchange policy and a 10-year warranty. All deliveries are performed by staff who have passed criminal background checks.

As an authorized nationwide distributor, we have all of the resources offered by the factory to respond any warranty issues. If for any reason you suspect a defect in the manufacturing of your furniture, just give us a call and we will arrange for an in-home inspection and/or repair of your item.
